Crocus Speciosus

The crocus is winter's last gift and spring's first promise, and Speciosus delivers it in warm lavender-purple — small, bright and impossibly hopeful. In February and March it opens wide in the sun and closes again at dusk, creating a daily rhythm of colour and rest that feels, in the best possible way, like proof that the garden is alive.
